In early 2022, the University qualified the following caterers for our campus for a period of two years. These caterers provide a variety of menus, including but not limited to box lunches, breakfasts, buffets, receptions, and plated meals. Events may be held at a variety of locations including on-campus facilities, restaurants, and private residences.
Events with food service by the caterers on this list are exempt from the on campus food permit process as are on campus food providers. All other events with food will still need to request a temporary food permit. Procurement will hold a copy of their certificate of insurance and business license if it’s requested for any purpose.
